Maplewood High School and Americans for the Competitive Enterprise System are partnering to present Pennsylvania Business Week to the sophomore class at Maplewood High School

 

October 20 through October 24, 2008

 

WHAT IS PENNSYLVANIA BUSINESS WEEK?

 

Pennsylvania Business Week, hosted by Americans for the Competitive Enterprise System (ACES), is a one-week, in-school program with a rigorous curriculum that teaches students about the American economic system.

Student Council is sponsoring a Blood Drive on October 14, 2008.

The PSAT Test will be administered to interested Juniors on Wednesday, October 15, here at Maplewood.  Interested Juniors must register for the test by October 8, 2008 in the Guidance Office.  Cost is $13.00.

A representative from Allegheny College will be here Monday, Oct. 6 during 2nd period.  Please sign-up in the Guidance Office if you are interested. 

A representative from Mercyhurst College will be here Monday, Oct 6 during 3rd period.  Please sign-up in the Guidance Office if you are interested.

We would like to welcome everyone back to a new year at Maplewood High School.  We are excited to have Karol McGowan as our new library aide.  She is a great  addition to our MHS family.  Stop in and say Hi!

Website Maintenance

Over the next few days our site will be undergoing some maintenance. If you visit the site and notice it doesn’t look quite right, don’t worry! We are working on it and it will be back to normal very soon.
