Saegertown High School

The 7^th grade students used their time wisely last week in tutorial. Mr. Bidwell’s, Mrs. Devoge’s, Mr. Wise’s, and Ms. Boyce’s tutorial students sacrificed their study time to help clean up the school grounds. The students took one of their study hall periods to search the parking lots, fields, and yards for any piece of trash. The students then sorted through the trash and are currently working on trying to find out what kind of trash we are seeing the most of in our area. Over the next week, the students will be compiling their data. Stay tuned to find out what kind of trash is our largest problem!

SHS Open House will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 6:00-7:30.  All students and parents are encouraged to attend. Classroll.com is a web-based online gradebook that can be utilzed to enhance communication between the school and home.  We encourage you to call the school (763-2615) for more information or have your student pick up an enrollment form in the office.

Over the next few days our site will be undergoing some maintenance. If you visit the site and notice it doesn’t look quite right, don’t worry! We are working on it and it will be back to normal very soon.
