The regular season practice starts Monday August 11. Practice will run from 4:30-6:30 Monday and Tuesday. 4:30-7:30 Wednesday through Friday.
Mandatory parent meeting on Thursday August 14 at 7:00pm. A parent or guardian must attend this meeting.

Open field sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday begining July 22. This is open to all CSHS and SHS girls grades 9-12 who are interested in playing soccer. If you have never played before, then this is an opportunity to find out what the game is all about. Report to the fields in Saegertown behind the French Creek Valley Christian School (former SHS). Bring plenty of water for yourself, a ball if you wish, cleats, shinguards, and lots of energy. Sessions will begin promptly at 5:00pm and will run until 6:30pm.
Stay posted for more information about extended times and days during the week of August 4-8.

Don’t forget there is weight training available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the CSHS field house from 9:00-11:00am.
You should also keep up with running at least three to four times a week. Attempt to increase the duration of your run from week to week.

If you plan on attending the team camp at Edinboro University this summer, please see me as soon as possible. You will need to get an insurance form and complete it in order to attend the camp.
