Google has recently released the ability to video and audio chat in their popular Gmail Chat program. A small browser plugin is required to enable the new functionality. Once that plugin has been installed you can instantly see and hear your friends, colleagues and classmates with a click of a button.

To get stated with Video and Audio Chat:

1. Login to your Google email
   1. http://gmail.com (Regular Gmail)
   2. http://mail.psdmail.org (Student Gmail)
2.  Login to Chat
3. Open a new chat with someone
4. Click the Video and More button
5. Click Add Video and More link
6. Install the plugin and restart the browser

After you install the plugin the Video and More button will give you an option to initiate an audio or video chat.
