We are located in

PENNCREST School District, which is situated in NW Pennsylvania. Our district consists of 3 secondary and 3 elementary schools and covers the 2nd largest geographic region in PA.

Our staff consists of

Four full-time staff which serve district-wide and 1 building-level Technology Advisor per school. During the 2008-2009 school year three Classrooms for the Future Coaches will be working with teachers chosen to participate in the grant.

Our vision is

PENNCREST School District will foster learning with technology by infusing it into the learning and teaching process. By integrating technology in all learning disciplines as a component of a well-balanced K-12 program rather than teaching it as a separate subject, our students will acquire information literacy, i.e. the ability to identify, access, apply, create, and communicate information. By utilizing technology as a tool, administration, faculty, and staff will become more efficient in facilitating and managing the learning environment. Learning with technology will help insure that PENNCREST School District will fulfill its mission that all learners will acquire life-long learning skills and thus have the opportunity to reach their full potential and become contributing members of society.
